  • Ocean Adventure Racing Northwest

    Founded in 2005, OAR Northwest connects with partners to reach its expedition fundraising goals, while propelling businesses to their own extraordinary achievement. The crew for its next Atlantic crossing: Guinness World Record Holders and North Atlantic Ocean Rowing Race veterans Jordan Hanssen and Greg Spooner, National Level Light Weight Rower Rick Tarbill and Beiing Olympic Gold Medalist Adam Kreek. Jordan and Greg rowed 3200 nautical miles across the North Atlantic in 72 days from the USA to the UK without assistance.   This Pacific Northwest based 501(c)3 organization is currently raising awareness and funds for their 2011 Mid-Atlantic rowing race, benefiting Right to Play International.  OAR Northwest proves that solid teams faced with extreme challenges can inspire.

    Little League National    Championships 2011

    Hosted on Vancouver’s stunning North Shore, the 2011 National Championships will decide the team that represents Canada at the Little League World Series, televised on ESPN to a worldwide audience of over 3,500,000 .

    This 16- game, national series will also be televised.  Hosted in North Vancouver’s scenic Chris Zuehlke Park and drawing a live spectator crowd of 10,000, this is an exceptional opportunity to align your company with the youth baseball community.

    Looking for the true meaning of the phrase “the power of sports” ?  Look no further than this organization which operates in Vancouver’s tough east side neighbourhoods.  This neighnourhood-based organization works with schools, community centers, social services and local associations to bring kids from low income, at-risk and socially isolated families into the community by creating recreational and sport activities at low or no cost.

    When faced with a lack of available coaches and a shortage of programming for older kids several years ago, MoreSports created YELL, a youth leadership and coaching training program that provides a positive outlet for teens to reach their personal potential and become community leaders.

    We’re often asked by companies and individuals how they can support or sponsor an individual athlete.  While we don’t handle individual athlete representation at 5T, we nonetheless are in regular conversations with elite competitive athletes and a wide range of sport organizations.  If you’d like assistance identifying a match for your company’s values, goals and business objectives in an athlete representative, give us a call.
